Anyone on here tried the fat loss 4 idiots diet?

I purchased the online diet and am planning to start on Monday. Has anyone had success with it?
My friends aunt tried it, kept moaning while she was on diet. I would say that the diet would work for some but only if you are dedicated. Look at http://www.teenageworkouts.com for easy fat loss exercises
Anyone with nutrition knowledge- what supplements can I take to strengthen my nails?

I already take 5000-10,000 mcgs of Biotin.
What can I take to help my thin nails to thicken or at the very least become a little stronger.
I am a healthy adult, I take a multivitamin, vit B, fish oil and calcium.
Are there any other supplements that I am forgetting?
I think I said I am a healthy adult.
which means my diet is excellent.
My calcium intake is already maxed.
I take calcium., 600 to 1200 mg. daily
I had the same problem. I tried some nail strengthening nail polish (It was like $2 at wallgreens or something) but it actually didn't work. I guess it makes sense, it was only $2 or something. But, it's good you're taking calcium! Try vitamin E. If you puncture the little capsules and apply the liquidy stuff directly onto your cuticles, it actually does work as well. I've tried a lot of things…and that's worked the best for me!

I walk briskly for about 2 miles how many calories am i burning?

Im 19, 5'5 and about 160 if that counts
Does the walking help speed my metabolism up? Whenever i ask my friends (who eat a lot) how they stay small they just say they have a fast metabolism
Not as much as you probably think.
1 mile should take you about 14 - 16 minutes briskly.
You probably burn about 140 - 180 calories per mile.
About the same calories as 3-4 oreo cookies.
I think you're friends are just genetically lucky. Check back with them in 10 to 20 years and see if they're still small.
Not everyone was made to be small, you should concentrate more on being healthy and in shape. Make sure you get adequate exercise and eat correctly.
ps: you did not say how many days you walk 2 miles. You need to do it about 5 days per week to see results.

Based on your height and age I would say not over 130.
How can I lose weight without doing Cardio?

Im 15 and Im 5'3". I would like to lose 15 pounds, not exactly super fast, but I want it gone. I cant do cardio though, for I have a Heart Disease. I eat very healthy, I am a vegetarian. I just want to get this extra little weight off.
Any suggestions?

Do things like crunches, or lunges, like muscle building exercises, because it will tone you up.
If you go on youtube, 5 minute abs, and 5 minute legs etc are very good.
Another example is Yoga or Pilates, most young stars [Miley Cyrus especially] get their AWESOME bods from those.
