Please, check out the site.  It claims to &quot;bind&quot; toxins around the joint to prevent further damage from occurring.  Whether that is in the form of Vitaman C, I&#8217;m not sure.<br />
<br />i don&#8217;t have any experience with this particular supplement, but would like to *highly* suggest that you be sure, which ever supplement you go with, be sure that it has vitamin c in it&#8230;or add a bit.  </p>
<p>vitamin c is &quot;absorbic acid&quot;, and like it&#8217;s name, it helps the body to absorb as much as possible, giving the best use of the supplement given.  </p>
<p>besides that, vitamin c will help get ride of &quot;radical&quot; cells that cause illnesses, and helps fight inflammation. </p>

<br />Yes. And it works! I kept doing the cycle until I was where I wanted to be. Right now, I&#8217;m 108!</p>

<p>Some of the claims sound too good to be true, but the actual science behind the calorie shifting sort of makes sense. I just don&#8217;t want to waste my time and money jumping into something that doesn&#8217;t work, so any honest feedback on this diet is greatly appreciated!<br />
<br />Yep, it works. My husband and I are currently following the Fat Loss4 Idiots diet. I have been on it for almost 2 months and have lost 23 pounds. My husband started about 1 month ago and has lost at least 10 pounds.</p>
<p>The part I like about this diet is that I never feel hungry. That is a huge deal to me since I love to eat and I do not believe a person can deprive themselves for a long period of time. The diet is based on what is called calorie shifting. This basically means you need to eat specific foods in specific patterns in order to optimize fat burning. I am probably not explaining this part of it perfectly, I just know that it works and I plan on continuing to eat like this.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am in my late 30s and I want to be healthy as I get older and I wanted to know what is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off for good, what excersizes can you do to reach the healthy goal of weight loss, for those of you that lost a lot of weight 40 pounds or more what were healthy ways that you lost weight and how did you keep it off without gaining it back?<br />
<br />I lost 55 lbs. in 6 mo&#8217;s. I had just returned from Germany and Paris where I walked everywhere and still ate normal foods. When I got home I had lost 10 lbs.<br />
Then I bought nothing but Lean Cuisine for dinner and a yogurt smoothie for breakfast and drank a lot of water.If I ate lunch at all it was fresh veggies.<br />
I got down to 96 lbs and now my family is yelling at me to stop!!!<br />
So I&#8217;ve gained back to 100 which is where I want to stay since I;m 5&#8242; tall.<br />
I really believe in Lean Cuisine, the food is fresh and very good. Don&#8217;t drink sodas and walk every chance you can.<br />

I am just a little bit overweight, and I have a few questions about it.<br />
First of all I am 17 years old, and I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, how much should I weigh at the minimum and at the maximum? And how many calories should I be consuming a day at the minimum and at the maximum? Any more advice on calories, and how much to weigh would be great, thanks! And have a great Easter!<br />
<br />no one can tell you how many calories you should be consuming a day without knowing your activity level. if you are 5 foot 2 inches, you should probably weigh anywhere between 110 and 135. here is a website where it allows you to take into account your frame size.<br />

like i said before how many calories you should consume depends on how active you are. if you aren&#8217;t very active and you weigh 140, you&#8217;d probably burn about 2000 cal per day.<br />
if you&#8217;re very active you could burn about 2500 calories per day. keep in mind that to lose 1 pound you have to burn 3500 calories more than you consume.<br />
i lost almost 50 pounds using the website below. it allows you to input your weight, height, age, and activity level and it will tell you how many calories you burn. you can also put in your goal weight and it will tell you how many calories to consume to reach that goal on a certain date. it also lets you join for free (optional) and you can keep on online chart of everything you eat and all the activities you do. it has a whole lot of activities with listings of how many calories they burn. and a whole lot of foods and how many calories they contain. it is wonderful.<br />
